We are able to provide saddle stitch books as small as 1 1/2” square; form a format of 2,3,4,5 or 6 up. We can produce saddle stitch square back, up to 13 1/2” face to spine, 12 pockets.

 

For perfect binding we can produce books as thin as 10 sheets 10pt stock up to 4” thick oblong, (face to spine) 15”, head to foot 18”. We can also hinge glue up to 1 1/4” from the spine. We can quote 2 up book saw, in line trim and die cut shapes or straight edge to 2” square, up to 3 blow ins. We can apply piggyback labels automatically as well as tipping on covers to protect covers during binding. We have 3 pur glue lines for in line tipping.

 

We can ink jet number sheets up to 30” x 50” with 21 lines. PMC die cutting up to 8” x 14”; clear plastic windowing, large tag string capacity with loop sizes up to 2 feet; tag sizes up to 10” x 14”.

 

3 Hunkler remoistable gluing machines for U glue; cold glue pockets, in line tipping, wafer sealing 1, 2 or 3 sides.

 

We can also produce wire-o books in jumbo size formats as well as miniature.
